I loved the location of the apartment, central. It was located in a nice area and next to everything. Everything was great overall, however the bathroom was cold.

We had an amazing stay at Robertson Premier Suites. The room was perfect with a stunning view of the KL tower, making our stay even more special. The comfort and value for money truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel has improved their service as the room keys and other amenities were in great condition. The location was also very convenient, with popular attractions like Jalan Alor Night Food Street and Chinatown just a short walk away. The spacious and clean accommodation, along with facilities like the outdoor swimming pool, gym, and rooftop terrace, added to the overall experience. The friendly and welcoming staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

This place is mind-blowing! Located in the heart of the city, it's super easy to access all the tourist spots. With high-level security, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The amenities are jaw-dropping - from the swimming pool and gym to the rooftop pool and cinema, there was never a dull moment. The unit itself was spacious with a comfortable queen bed and all the necessary appliances like a washing machine and stove. The bed and pillows were of excellent quality, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the living room area with its wide window provided an excellent view. I was also impressed with the fully-equipped kitchen that allowed me to have my personal style breakfast. The shower head in the washroom added a touch of luxury. The location is fantastic, with modern facilities in the complex, and it's just a short distance from the city center. my stay was super enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it.

We had a fine stay in Kuala Lumpur just off shops and restaurants, Chinatown and Jalan Alor and Pavilion mall, Twin Towers. The kitchen area had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

We loved exploring the vibrant markets nearby and indulging in the entertainment options available. The location couldn't have been better for families like ours who wanted to experience the lively atmosphere of Kuala Lumpur. The spacious and well-maintained suites provided a comfortable stay for all of us. It truly felt like a home away from home.

My children wanted a dedicated play area or kids' club within the premises to keep them entertained during our stay.

He worked tirelessly to ensure a quick and smooth check-in process, even during a busy time. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the swimming pool from the higher floor. The security staff were also brilliant, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Pavilion mall, Twin Towers, and other main attractions in the city. The nearby 7E convenience store was convenient for quick snacks, and the train station was just a few steps away. I had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with ramps and elevators available for convenient mobility.

I would have liked to see more personalized assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A bit more attention to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for elderly visitors would have made the vacation even better.
